Orga Ai Takes On GPT

What a journey this month has been…

From syndicate, to data room, to what is now a weekly deep tech newsletter, welcome to 103st. A media outlet that simultaneously provides a platform for those passionate about investing in a vision for the future, creating a voice for young entrepreneurs, and tech moguls alike. 103st is the liaison between investor and founder connecting individuals with strong ideas to those with the resources to manifest dreams into reality. This month at 103st, there's been no lack of new talent and innovation. More specifically we had the opportunity to highlight one individual in particular at the forefront of pioneering a new technological reality. Without further ado, let's turn onto the block and take a stroll down 103st.

Teen AI Founder Revolutionizes Interaction:

The Front Porch

Orga Ai - Offers real-time, interactive video-based AI that can see, hear, and respond to users within seconds, providing lifelike communication. Available via a web app and an API, it addresses the need for more natural human-AI interaction compared to traditional chat interfaces.

Marc Revert, CEO of Orga, is not your typical 16-year-old. While most of Gen Z is caught up in streaming platforms, doom scrolling, and social climbing Marc alongside his partner Gerard Fernández (27 years old) are building a brand. Together they are tirelessly networking, expanding their business, and identifying market gaps.

The first time Marc felt drawn to exploring the innerworkings of a computer was at the age of 8. Immediately in awe, Marc felt a spark when learning to code. For him it was more than the act of coding, it was the agency of creation he felt when behind the computer. Learning to code inevitably progressed into programming until fatefully, Marc discovered a method to optimize video interactions between AI and humans. Inturn, inspiring the creation of Orga. Orga focuses on making AI open source and open code. The platform's goal is to transfer real-life human knowledge into AI, enabling it to interact and respond both naturally and seamlessly. Orga’s reduced latency from 18 seconds to 2 seconds, positioning themselves as Europe's more efficient alternative to the recently launched ChatGPT-4.

Besides the genius that Revert clearly demonstrates, what sets him apart is his desire for innovation. At 16, gaining independence felt like an imperative part of his journey therefore, he decided to emancipate himself to legally form a business in the U.S. After receiving grants from his previous venture, MBA Kids, a chatbot for students, he pivoted to Orga AI because he felt inspired from the impact it will undoubtably have.

"I figured out that this could help not just students in various fields but also millions of people."

Having the opportunity to sit down with this young pioneer, experience the anomaly that he is, and provide him with a platform to share his mission has filled me with gratitude. His charisma and lust for what he’s doing was admirable and consistent throughout our conversation. Having passion such as Marc’s is rare at any age with the monotony of day-to-day life and social pressures alike. Seeing passion and excitement in someone at his age was refreshing and inspiring to say the least. For all young founders and entrepreneurs reading, let Marc’s story inspire and remind you that with aligned action, sole purpose, unconditional love for your craft, and hard work there are no limits.

Marc operating at a high level from such a young age sparks excitement for all the potential he holds going forward. From his deep business knowledge, and interpersonal skills, to the way he articulates a clear vision and story for his brand; Mark Revert is a unicorn eagerly waiting to be discovered, that surely won't be forgotten.

Next Door Neighbors

Deepbrain AI: This South Korean company is currently planning for an Initial Public Offering (IPO) in 2025. They are focused on attracting overseas investments and expanding their global reach (Best AI Video Generator | DeepBrain AI)(Best AI Video Generator | DeepBrain AI).

VideoVerse Acquires Reely.ai: VideoVerse, a SaaS platform for video editing, acquired Reely.ai, which specializes in AI-powered content creation for gaming. This acquisition aims to enhance VideoVerse's offerings in the esports sector(NBC).

After VideoVerse's acquisition of Reely.ai, it’s evident that companies are targeting niche markets. Orga AI, which specializes in real-time interactive video communication, is well-positioned for similar attention. With rising interest in AI solutions, Orga AI could likely attract acquisition interest as it establishes its own market presence, aligning with current industry trends and indicating a promising future for its growth.

Airship AI's recent activities indicate a strong position within the AI market, especially as they focus on expanding their offerings post-IPO (recently closed an $8.0 million public offering). Their capabilities in real-time video analytics and data management make them a formidable player in sectors requiring interactive and responsive solutions(Scena.ai). Given Orga AI's innovative approach to providing real-time, interactive video-based AI that engages users in natural conversations, a strategic acquisition could enhance Airship AI’s product portfolio significantly.

Final Thoughts

Little revenue, small user count, and a massive dream. Why did I choose Orga AI to be featured in the letter, but even more importantly... my first edition? It's not Orga because any startup can chase a $10-15 billion market size with a CAGR of 38%. It's Marc Revert, the entrepreneur behind the business, who I believe in. The team has overcome incredible challenges, pivots, and hurdles, which you can learn more about in the 103st data rooms. And yes, the risk is high for Orga AI to win, but the opportunity is even higher! Orga is kicking off a funding round with a pre-money valuation to be negotiated.

"What does success look like for you?"

"It will never stop. You always have new ways to succeed—independence, investors, and those things. Growing because people use it, love it. All because we made something that people want."

The Attic

This 15-year-old Spanish youth has co-founded an AI that sees, hears, and speaks, and aims to be the new rival to ChatGPT.

We are witnessing the beginning of the 'Era of Artificial Intelligence,' which has marked the start of a race among various companies in the sector to position themselves as leaders in this technology. However, although we may think that only the tech giants are in this game, these two young individuals from Palma de Mallorca want to prove that we are very mistaken.

A 15-year-old entrepreneur and his 27-year-old partner launch a Spanish AI that hears, sees, and speaks in real time.

Marc Revert, 15, and Gerard Fernández, 27, launch Orga AI, a European AI that sees, hears, and speaks in real time.
