About US

JAM

You wanna know what JAM stands for?

It’s Judgment. Access. Momentum.

That’s it. That’s the whole game.

Judgment to know what’s real and what’s noise.
Access to get in the room before the room exists.
And momentum to keep moving when everyone else slows down.

We weren’t handed this.

We started at the bottom. me(Ethan) and Brian. Two scouts chasing ghost-stage startups, shaking hands in parking lots, making calls that didn’t always get answered. We weren’t interns. We weren’t analysts. We were in the field, figuring it out in real time.

And what we figured out was simple:
The way VCs use scouts? It’s outdated.

They treat it like a numbers game. We knew it was a people game.

So we built JAM.

Not a company. Not a gig. A movement.

We took everything that worked. Community, drive, instincts and built the Venture Cohort Fellowship Engine around it. A system fueled by humans with taste and range. Operators. Insiders. Story chasers. People who don't need permission to go deep.

No curriculum. No gatekeepers. No fluff.

You get dropped into the chaos and learn by doing, with a crew that backs you and a mission that matters.

We train fast. We move faster.
We find founders before they go viral.
Before they even realize how big they might be.

And the results? Let’s just say the funds we work with aren’t asking us if it works.

They’re asking how to plug in.

Judgment. Access. Momentum.

That’s JAM.
And if you're in, you're family.

Our Story

Ethan and Brian didn’t stumble into venture capital. They hunted it down.

They started where most don’t... Off the beaten path, cold emailing founders, making late-night calls, crashing events just to shake hands. Scouts in the dirt, not suits behind desks. They quickly realized something was off: most VC firms treat scouts like widgets, churning out spreadsheets and deal flow without real connection or trust.

But venture capital isn’t a factory line. It’s a people game, fueled by relationships and gut instinct. It’s about being in the room when the deal’s being whispered over whiskey, not just reading the pitch deck under fluorescent lights.

Ethan and Brian knew this because they lived it every day. But they also saw the loneliness, the missed signals, and the missed opportunities in a broken system.

So they flipped the script.

They created a fellowship built on collaboration, grit, and a hunger to rewrite the rules. Not another networking club. Not a shallow hustle. A real engine where smart operators and curious outsiders join forces to hunt the deals no one else can find.

This isn’t venture capital as usual. It’s venture capital with muscle and heart.
